The challenge
Dust arrives with every delivery
Glass sheets, bottles, boards and cartons arrive by truck at the warehouse doors. Every opened box releases fibres and fine dust, every open roller door lets Al Quoz air in, and forklifts and people lift settled dust back into the air.
In a UV printing studio that is a quality problem, not just a comfort one. As Sun Studio explains in its own guide to dust and humidity control on the print floor, UV ink cures the instant it passes the lamp, so any particle on the surface is fixed under the print as a visible speck. On gloss glass and perfume bottles, every speck shows.
The team also spends long days on the floor, so the air they breathe matters as much as the finish. Sun Studio tells that side of the story in its own account of why it chose the MedicAir Pro Max.
