Industrial air purification · UAE & GCC
Dust arrives with every truck, carton and sandstorm. We size high-airflow HEPA purification to each zone of your floor, so your team breathes cleaner air and your products stay clean.

Industrial air purification reduces airborne dust and fine particles in warehouses, factories and production floors. In the UAE, dust arrives with deliveries, open loading doors and desert air, so HawaQ sizes high-airflow HEPA purifiers such as the MedicAir Pro Max to the air volume of each zone, upgrades HVAC filtration where possible and verifies the result with monitoring.
The problem
In UAE warehouses most dust is brought in from outside, then lifted back into the air by daily work.
Every delivery brings outdoor dust in through open doors and on pallets.
Opening boxes, wrap and fillers releases fibres and fine dust into the room.
Trimming, sanding and drilling create particles right where people work.
On dusty days outdoor particle levels soar, and large doors let them in.
Settled dust is lifted back into the air all day long.
HVAC systems with basic filters keep moving fine dust around the building.
Why it matters

Solutions
Purification works best as part of a plan: capture dust at the source, clean the air of the space and prove it with data.
1,500 m³/h of airflow at maximum setting, H14 HEPA, activated carbon and enclosed UV-C, with built-in particle and CO₂ sensors. On wheels, so units follow the work around the floor.
MedicAir rangeVFA Solutions ASPRA units for very large volumes such as logistics halls and sports facilities.
VFA SolutionsWe check what your air-handling units can take, then upgrade filters without starving the fans.
Ventilation assessmentParticle and gas monitoring shows where dust peaks, by shift and by zone, and proves the improvement.
Industrial monitoringSizing
We work out the volume of each zone, choose the air changes per hour it needs from its dust load, then divide by the airflow of each unit. Placing purifiers near the dust sources, such as unpacking and loading areas, makes every unit count.
Illustrative examples based on the MedicAir Pro Max at its maximum airflow (1,500 m³/h). Your plan depends on layout, doors, HVAC and how the space is used.
| Zone | Air volume | Air changes / hour | Clean air needed | Pro Max units |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 500 m² × 4 m ceiling | 2,000 m³ | 3 | 6,000 m³/h | 4 |
| 500 m² × 4 m ceiling | 2,000 m³ | 5 | 10,000 m³/h | 7 |
| 1,000 m² × 6 m ceiling | 6,000 m³ | 3 | 18,000 m³/h | 12 |
Case study
Sun Studio Dubai, one of Dubai’s leading UV printing studios, prints on glass, perfume bottles, signage and large-format materials in a 3,000 m² production warehouse in Al Quoz 1. HawaQ supplied MedicAir Pro Max air purifiers to cover the production floor, where dust arrives with every delivery.
FAQ

Industrial air purification reduces airborne dust and fine particles in warehouses, factories and production floors. It combines high-airflow HEPA purifiers placed near dust sources, better HVAC filtration and simple source control such as closed loading doors and separate unpacking areas.
It depends on the volume of each zone and how much dust it generates. For example, a 500 m² zone with a 4 m ceiling holds 2,000 m³ of air. Three air changes an hour need about 6,000 m³/h of clean air, which is four MedicAir Pro Max units at maximum setting.
Yes, when they are sized by zone and placed where dust is created, such as unpacking, cutting and loading areas. The MedicAir Pro Max moves on wheels, so units can follow the work as it moves around the floor.
No. Processes that create fumes or heavy dust need extraction at the source. Purifiers clean the general air of the space and capture the fine particles that escape or arrive from outside.
Dust that settles on glass, bottles, boards or film before printing can show up as specks or voids in the finish. Cleaner air means less cleaning, fewer rejects and a more comfortable floor for the team.
